WORK HARD TO MEET YOUR KPIs - PRESIDING MEMBER TELLS NABCO APPLICANTS




The Presiding Member for Shama District Assembly Hon. Percy Ahenakwah is urging successful Nabco applicants to endeavor to meet their Key Performance indicators (KPIs) when they are placed in institutions.

According to him plans are underway to industrialize the Shama district, as new industries are yet to be establishing in the Shama district.

When this happens he says, the new industry will rely on NABCO personals within the district to man these new industries.

“So don't take your Job for granted, where ever u will be posted see yourself has a permanent  worker and a nation builder and  work assiduously to meet your KPls as enshrined in your conditional letters of engagement "

“This district is indeed attracting investors and industries of which when they need accountant or secretaries they can fall upon some of you put that will be dependent of your KPIs"

The presiding member made this know in a speech he delivered to some successful applicant on behalf of the District Chief Executive Hon Joseph Amoah.

The Shama district assembly is billed to recruit 350 NABCO applicant, check with Hon. Frederick  Botwea, NABCo Coordinator reveals that the assembly has been able to register 260 successful applicant so fare for the two days of registration and validation"

Mr Botwi further explains that the registered applicant excludes "pending applicant".
"For now we are registering only successful applicants those that have been able to ho online to print out their engagement letters"

"But  am optimistic that before the close of this week the pending status of applicants will change, for them to be registered"
