WORK HARD TO MEET YOUR KPIs - PRESIDING MEMBER TELLS NABCO APPLICANTS
The Presiding Member
for Shama District Assembly Hon. Percy Ahenakwah is urging successful Nabco
applicants to endeavor to meet their Key Performance indicators (KPIs) when they
are placed in institutions.
According to him plans
are underway to industrialize the Shama district, as new industries are yet to
be establishing in the Shama district.
When this happens he
says, the new industry will rely on NABCO personals within the district to man
these new industries.
“So don't take your Job
for granted, where ever u will be posted see yourself has a permanent worker and a nation builder and work assiduously to meet your KPls as
enshrined in your conditional letters of engagement "
“This district is
indeed attracting investors and industries of which when they need accountant
or secretaries they can fall upon some of you put that will be dependent of
your KPIs"
The presiding member
made this know in a speech he delivered to some successful applicant on behalf
of the District Chief Executive Hon Joseph Amoah.
The Shama
district assembly is billed to recruit 350 NABCO applicant, check with Hon.
Frederick Botwea, NABCo Coordinator
reveals that the assembly has been able to register 260 successful applicant so
fare for the two days of registration and validation"
Mr Botwi further
explains that the registered applicant excludes "pending applicant".
"For now we
are registering only successful applicants those that have been able to ho
online to print out their engagement letters"
"But am optimistic that before the close of this
week the pending status of applicants will change, for them to be
registered"
